Welcome to the Supreme News Exchange Online. We hope that we can provide an efficient way of getting you the most up to date articles and late-breaking news, but in order for us to accomplish this goal, we need your help.  Please submit your articles of interest to us in order to share them with the rest of the Job's Daughters world.  To submit articles to the Online SNE Coordinator, here is what you have to do . . 

Write your articles, take your photos and then e-mail them to ashleypagg@aol.com  The preferred format for articles is either MS WORD or plain text in the body of the e-mail.  Be sure to include a Title for the article and put the name of the person submitting the article under the title.  Photos can be either jpg or gif.  Please do not re-size photos.  Photos should be named in this manner

Organization-Year-Month-Day-Activity-PictureNumber.jpg

For example, if the GGC of Missouri sends in an article about their Grand Session, together with 3 pictures, they would be named GGCMO-2009-06-27-GrandSession-01.jpg, GGCMO-2009-06-27-GrandSession-02.jpg and GGCMO-2009-06-27-GrandSession-03.jpg.  Pictures must be accompanied by Media Releases for those in the pictures.  The Media Release is available by clicking here.  Before you send us the pictures that you want published, please print out the form, fill it out and return it to the Supreme Office (The address is on the form).  Give it a few days to get there.  Then send us your pictures.  Once we determine that the release form has been received at the Supreme Office, then we will proceed with the pictures.

You may Indicate in your article where you want the picture inserted and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although for a number of technical reasons it may not be possible to place the pictures exactly where you wish.  Please proofread your articles.  While we will do that on this end as well, two sets of eyes are better than one.  Also, we reserve the right to edit submissions.  This may be done for technical, grammatical or aesthetic reasons.

GGC's, JGC's and Bethels under Supreme are also invited to send in Flyers for their special events, such as Supreme Visits, Grand Sessions, Rallys, etc.  These should either be in MS-Word or pdf format.  Please do not use any copyright graphics on your flyers as these will be rejected.  Also, please remember that if you use MS-Word and you use a font that we do not have here, we will try to match the font as closely as possible, but it is not always possible for an exact match.  If you wish you may send the font as part of your submission.
