Supreme Guardian's Conference
Call!
As part of the Long Range Planning
discussion surrounding communication, it was determined that our
Supreme Guardian would start holding quarterly teleconference
calls/PodCasts to update everyone on what has been happening
(and what will be happening) in the Job's Daughters world. The first
of these teleconferences will take place on Thursday, April 16
and will cover an overview of the items discussed by the Long Range
Planning group in February.
PRIOR TO JOINING THE CALL,
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- At this time our
teleconference line can hold only 250 attendees, and we
therefore request that each jurisdiction please select only 2 to
3 individuals to attend the initial/live call.
- All teleconferences will be
recorded, and the MP3 will be available for upload as a PodCast.
- If you do not join the
initial teleconference, please call-in to the conference line at
a later time and listen to the recorded session at your leisure,
or download the MP3.
- Teleconferences/PodCasts
will generally last about an hour and will consist of the
Supreme Guardian and various Committee heads providing updates
on the work that is being done behind the scenes. When possible,
and agenda will be posted online prior to the call.
- Please note that these
calls will be for information purposes only and are not meant to
be a forum for open discussion, unless specified.
- If there is time at the end
of the call, we may open-up the line for questions, and
questions only, as we recognize that discussion on some topics
could be quite lengthy, and we value your time.
- A contact will be provided
at the end of each call should you have questions regarding the
content provided.
